At DailySerenity.co, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on DailySerenity.co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, as well as our Terms of Service (https://DailySerenity.co/policies/terms-of-service) and Refund Policy (https://DailySerenity.co/policies/refund-policy).
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (50 states). We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. All orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Additional options (e.g., expedited shipping) may be available at checkout, with costs and delivery times displayed.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time. Free shipping may be offered for orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold, as indicated at checkout or during promotions.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after processing.
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. DailySerenity.co is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by contacting us at hello@DailySerenity.co. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at hello@DailySerenity.co within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy (https://DailySerenity.co/policies/refund-policy).
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our Refund Policy (https://DailySerenity.co/policies/refund-policy).
7. Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, refused delivery), we will contact you to confirm the address. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. If you choose not to resend, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs, per our Refund Policy (https://DailySerenity.co/policies/refund-policy).
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to state or federal shipping restrictions (e.g., non-alcoholic beverages or sobriety-related items). We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders to comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your order complies with local regulations.
